The Certified Training Professional for Management (CTPM) program is the only credential focused specifically on the role of the training professional. As a (CTPM), you will gain the skills needed to design, manage & evaluate corporate training programs that align with any company’s goals – now and in the future. Candidate Requirements:
- Instructor Devlopment (AI), QQI Level 6 Ireland, Afqual UK – Train the Trainer, (or equivalent) or relevant life experience detailed in a current Curriculum Vitae. Please provide details and attach a copy of either a current CV or Certificate.
- You will be required to deliver one 45-minute session with a minimum of three participants in the session. You must be either working or have access to an organisation where you can complete this (this can be on a voluntary basis).
- Devlopment and Creation of Written Policy and Procedures for a Training Center.
- As this NFQ level 6 qualification is delivered through English it is necessary learners will have sufficient written English skills to complete this course. (This course can be delevered in other languages by request only.)
- A basic working knowledge of computers in addition to a computer with internet access and word processing software (e.g. Microsoft Word or Google Docs) is required to do the course.

Duration: This is a Five-day course.
Course Cost:
The cost of this Pole Top Rescue course is € 900, ₤ 759 or $980 PP
Note: All Training courses are priced excluding VAT/TAX.
Certification and Accreditation: On successful completion of this Working at Heights Instructor course, candidates will receive a Working at Height Instructor Certificate valid for 3 years.
Assessment Method
- Written Assessment – Multiple choice questioning through the program with a final written exam and a submission of a program for evaluation.
- Visual Assessment – All Camdenton’s will after submission do a virtual teach back and demonstrate knowledge and Show understanding of the evaluation process via a virtual call.
Resource Material:
This includes comprehensive course manuals, videos, quizzes and access to your Tutor. You will also be able to upload assessments online and receive Tutor feedback. You can use the eLearning system from any computer that has internet access.
Post Training Support: We will provide post training support and advice to any or all candidate who may require it.
