This QA system aims to address all legislative obligations and extends to specific areas including training, assessment, curriculum, learning environment, human resources (including trainers), learner support services, planning, partnerships, governance and management. It serves to continuously improve all ® Working at Height Limited’s ™ operations, including enhancement of the learner experience.
